Happy New Year!! Freebie and LOs

Happy New Year!!  Here's hoping 2010 is good to you!!!

I've had the pleasure of working with some great kits over the past week.  The first one is a cute kit with lots of great papers and elements good for just about anything you'd need to scrap.  It's called "Love You Forever" and it is by Little Red Scraps over at Stuff to Scrap.  I've made a Quick Page that you can get at the end of my post.  First up are my LOs followed by the previews which are linked to the store.  What's really cool about this kit is that it coordinates with a BUNCH of kits over at STS so you can buy pieces from different designers and they all go together!!!  You can get the whole kit from LRS this week for only $3.99 by going to her blog to get the coupon code.  This is good for only 1 week, so hurry up!!

I've also had the pleasure of working with the kit "Merry Christmas" by CW Picket & Co.  Although it is a Christmas kit, a lot of the papers & elements included are ver versatile and can be used for winter layouts as well as other themes, which is good.  I love when I can get use out of a kit like that!!  Here's what I did with it followed by the previews, which are linked to the store.  Don't forget to scroll down to get your freebie QP!!

WooHoot and more!!!

Digi-Designs by Nicole has some exciting things in her store at Stuff to Scrap this week! First up is WooHoot. It is an adorable kit with great colors and cute owls! I'm not a big owl person, but these are just adorable!! She also has a template pack in the store called Template Temptation Volume 2. There are SIX awesome templates in this pack and they are so great!! Check out what I've done with both of these great items!

The 1st two layouts use WooHoot and I really love the colors in this kit...they go with so many photos we have.

The 1st LO is of Alexa playing with a GIANT cucumber a lady from Tom's work grew in her garden. Alexa LOVE cukes and was just so amazed by this one, as we all were!! It was almost bigger than her! LOL!


This LO is of Alexa after a swim. I LOVED this froggie robe we got from a friend for her baby shower! It is so cute with the frog eyes on top & it has come in very handy this summer after swimming!

I used the kit Dreamin by Digi-Designs by Nicole for this layout using a template from the Template Temptation pack. If you have pictures from anything Disney, this is THE kit for you! This LO is from when we went to Walt Disney World in October, 2007 and we went to Ohana for breakfast. It was so much fun and the food was awesome!! All the characters were dressed in Hawaiian clothes & they had a parade with the kids...tons of fun & great memories!


I used the kit Family Ties by Digi-Designs by Nicole for this layout using one of the templates. This kit is so versatile!!! LOTS of great elements & papers!! This LO shows off my beautiful & wonderful family!! It features one of the only photos of all 5 of my kids since Tommy no longer lives at home and one of the most recent photos of Tom & I, since I HATE photos of me! LOL!

Digi-Designs by Nicole has some really awesome stuff in her store over at Stuff to Scrap right now!!! Kickin It

Okay...so I've REALLY been MIA lately. My hard drive completely took a dive and luckily Tom has a friend at work that is working on it. In fact, he is so nice that he put a loaner HD into my computer until the new hard drive comes in...he even put all my files on it! Isn't that awesome?!?!

Anyway, Nicole from Digi-Designs by Nicole has an awesome new kit out for all the cowboys and cowgirls in your life. Now, anyone that knows me, knows I'm NOT a country fan, but this kit is SUPER cute! Although there are cowboy boots and hats, there are so many other things that are neutral.
