Here is my layout using photos of Austin that I took to make into a poster for the Tavern scene in our production of Beauty and the Beast.  I am so sad that this is his last year, but he was totally born for this role!!  He is doing such an amazing job and surprising all of us!

Get Ready to Drop Into the Zone!!

One of my all time favorite rides at Disney's Hollywood Studios is the Tower of Terror, especially since they changed the drop pattern to be random.  When we were in WDW in December, we rode it many times and each time I seemed to come up of the bench higher than the last time. At one point I felt like I was standing up!!  So fun, though!!  Alexa was tall enough to ride it, but really didn't like it.  I think she would have been fine if it wasn't in the dark!  The older kids thought it was funny to do goofy things for the photo.  I've posted a few below...and I was crazy to join in!! 

We had such a great time plotting what we were going to do...anyway, for the REAL reason you're here...Michelle has a new release this week called "Drop Into the Zone" and there are TONS of great things in this kit!!  Here are the previews.  (my freebie is at the bottom)

February Mix-A-Kits at ScrapMatters

I love the Mix-A-Kits over at ScrapMatters.  They all use the same color pallet and a general theme.  You can then pick papers from one designer and elements from another and an alpha from yet another one...very cool!  You could always pick everything from the same designer, too.

For this LO of Tom & I during our 2010 Anniversary Trip to WDW, I used pieces from the ScrapMatters February 2013  Mix-A-Kits.  The ones I picked are:

New Stuff at ScrapMatters

I am working with some really great kits and templates this month!  I am loving all the creativity that is happening over at ScrapMatters.com that I want to break the bank and buy EVERYTHING!!  But, of course, I can't :(  Here are a few LOs I've done so far this month with more to come shortly!

This LO uses the awesome kit Music In Me by Jennifer Labre Designs and is from Kelsey's Southern Delaware County Middle School concert on 2/1/12.  We were all very proud and amazed at the incredible performance these young musicians put on for us.  Kelsey did an awesome job introducing the song her flute teacher picked out for the concert.  You can tell she's no stranger to the stage and public speaking!

 Here is the kit in its entirety and I know I will get a ton of pages out of this one since we have so many musical and concert and Rock Band photos!!

 I used the totally adorable kit Crazy For You by Juno Designs for this one of Alexa enjoying a Crispy Rice Mickey head we brought back from WDW.  I love all the hearts and glitter this kit has!
